Welcome to Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) at
The Radcliffe School.
Employability skills are an integral part of our curriculum intent. As a school, we are committed to preparing our students to be work ready, not just from an academic viewpoint but by helping them to develop the key skills and qualities needed for a successful career
At the Radcliffe School we are committed to ensuring that all students are supported through gaining the qualifications that they need whilst also confidence, resilience, and employability skills that secure their readiness for the next stage.
We provide careers advice and information to students through curriculum, careers meetings, employer encounters and workshops as well as the opportunity to take part in work experience in years 10 and 12.
Our program has been developed using the Gatsby Benchmarks at it’s core.
